Christmas Party - FJY Idol 2009

 

Christmas is the time for giving gift, sharing love to one another and remembering the time our Savior was born here on earth, that’s why we celebrating Christmas day. It is a tradition to have Christmas party, so “FJY” celebrated our first Christmas party last December 20 in the afternoon in Salvatorian community. All of us really enjoyed it, there were a lot of activities, games and presentations.

It was like a dream to become a member of “FJY,” we are always cheerful and helpful for the people in the community by participating in many activities of the Church. Almost one year ago, when the Salvatorians headed by Fr. Hubert Kranz, launched “FJY” I volunteered to join. I remember during the orientation, we prayed and somebody talked about the life and works of Fr. Jordan and through this I was given a better perspective as regards God and the Church.

Thanksgiving Mass of Fr. Wilson in Talon

Fr. WilsonMay 29 Fr. Wilson came back to our community since after his ordination and on May 31, 2009 he had his Thanksgiving Mass in Talon chapel. In the afternoon we had a little celebration with the representatives from the village and all the members of FJY. Each group and each country had contributed a presentation for the joy of the day; especially FJY had two numbers which took us a lot of time and effort to practice before that. May our good God bless all of us and remember each others in our prayer always.
